Simply connect The Pocket Sound™ Digital Media Player Pod to your computer with the included USB cable — it will appear as a USB drive, just like a flash drive. Then drag and drop your MP3, FLAC, or WAV files directly onto it. If you use iTunes or Apple Music, go to your Music folder on your computer (Mac: Finder → Music → Media → Music), find your tracks, and drag them straight across. No special software or accounts needed.

You'll need a computer (Windows or Mac) and a CD Ripper (Available on the sliding cart after adding your main product.) — it's a one-time process and easier than it sounds:
Step 1 — Rip your CDs Insert your CD into your computer's disc drive or an external CD ripper and use a free program like Windows Media Player (Windows) or iTunes/Music app (Mac) to convert the CD tracks to your preferred music format. This takes about 5 minutes per CD.
Step 2 — Connect the media player to your computer via the USB cable included in the box. It will show up like a USB drive. Simply drag and drop your music files onto it.
Step 3 — Done Eject the player, unplug it, and your music is ready to play.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Connect your iPod to your computer using your USB cable.
- Enable Hidden Files:Windows: Open File Explorer, go to the View tab at the top, and check the box for Hidden items.Mac: Open Finder, press Command + Shift + . ( ) on your keyboard to reveal hidden files.
- Locate the iPod Folders: Open the iPod (which will show up as an external drive) and double-click the iPod_Control folder, then the Music folder.
- Copy the Music: Inside, you will see folders named F00, F01, F02, etc. Copy all of these folders and paste them into a new folder on your computer's desktop.
The Sync Warning: What it means and what to click
When you connect your iPod, you will likely see a prompt saying:
"The iPod is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPod and sync with this iTunes library?"
- Click CANCEL. Do not click "Erase and Sync".

What software do I need to transfer music? None. The player shows up as a standard USB drive on your computer — just drag and drop files using Windows Explorer or Finder. Any music manager like MediaMonkey or Winamp can still manage your library on the PC side.

Can I load my CDs onto it? You'll need a computer to convert your CDs to MP3 files first, then transfer them to the player. No way to do this from iPhone or iPad alone unfortunately.

What's the highest quality FLAC it can play? Up to 24-bit/192kHz — full hi-res lossless audio is fully supported.
Can I connect it to my vintage hi-fi? Yes — just use a 3.5mm to RCA cable, widely available for a few dollars.

Can I use wired earbuds with it? Absolutely — just plug any standard wired earbuds or headphones straight into the 3.5mm jack.
